Hotel Cavalieri - Pinerolo

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms, although not brand new, were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The attention to detail in the basic amenities and the breakfast spread was impressive, especially the good quality coffee.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

I particularly loved the large mirrors in the room, adding a touch of elegance.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city center and reception area, which is ideal for travelers attending events there. the breakfast offered a continental spread and excellent coffee, while staff provided additional pillows and responsive service.

There were some issues with cleanliness in the rooms, including old decor, stains, and outdated facilities.

The hotel is in a great location and close to the city center. the staff were pleasant and accommodating, even when we asked for extra pillows. the breakfast had a good variety, and the coffee was excellent.

The rooms were outdated and need some updating. We had issues with the water running orange and the shower flooding the bathroom floor.

Spent Easter at this hotel and overall had a great experience. The best aspects were the friendly staff who made check-in a breeze and the delicious coffee served at breakfast. The location was also ideal, within walking distance of the city center and with ample parking available.

The worst aspects were the room itself which was outdated and in need of some serious renovations. The air conditioning was not working and taking a shower left the whole floor wet.

We enjoyed the continental breakfast with freshly brewed coffee from an espresso machine. The hotel had ample parking and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the city center and its facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
